Then, later that night we hit downtown Denver for the annual Parade of Lights. It was probably 19 degrees when the parade started but Jack absolutely loved it! He was dancing up a storm to all the marching bands and was in awe of the huge balloons. Keeping him entertained and all bundled up before the parade was the hard part. Have you ever tried to put kids' mittens or gloves on?? It's like attempting to put a wet noodle into a fleece pouch with one hand. NOT EASY!

Busy weekend
We had a super busy weekend of Dec 2nd & 3rd. On Saturday we got up early and went to the mountains to be with some friends who were cutting down their Christmas tree. We decided not to cut one down this year because of the house being on the market and my being almost 8mos pregnant, I just wasn't into all the pine needles on the floor and in the carpet and having to keep a tree watered. Bah humbug! Anyway, Jack did get to play in the snow and had fun for the most part. This picture I took of Stace and Jack is one of the best!
