It's DONE! WhooRay! The kitchen is back to normal and lookin' good! It just got a little face lift and looks much brighter now. For all those interested, we painted and then did a dark brown glaze over the paint then wiped off the excess and let the glaze stay in the corners and low points in the wood to create an antique effect. It's not professional but it looks good.
With the completion of the kitchen and a ton of other small jobs around the house... WE ARE BACK ON THE MARKET...Tell everyone you know. I'm not sure how excited I am since this is the 3rd time it's been on the market. Hopefully this is it and we can get on with our lives. Ugh!
Can I tell you how NOT excited I was this morning when I woke up to find my car covered in snow!!!!!!! After quite a few weeks of springlike weather around here, it's very easy to forget all about cold weather and get used to having the heat off and the windows and doors open. So, on went the heat and we're all closed up and cozy in here! Unfortunately for me, I had to go to Costco this morning in all the snow and slush. I was down to about 5 diapers for Connor. But we're back now and boys are sleeping :) Ah...little victories.....
Oh, in health news...my glucose test came back within normal limits!!!!!!! No lingering diabetes for me!

Oh my. You and you're mom did that? I am so impressed. It looks great, and I'm sure that pictures doesn't even do it justice.
