Well, as many of you may know by now, we got tickets to the World Series games here in Denver. Until now I was scared to tell people that I actually got 4 tickets to EACH game! There was just a little bitterness about the whole online only ticket sales down here in Denver and we didn't know anyone else who actually got on to buy tickets. So, we sold game 3 and kept games 4&5. Selling the 4 tix to game 3 actually paid for all 12 tickets, so we actually went to the game for free.
Anyway...game 4, even though they lost in a magnificent battle, was AWESOME. My dad flew in just for the game so we took my parents AND Jack and Connor to the game. It was crowded to say the least but just the experience of going to a World Series game gave me goosebumps. You may say that taking a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old would be crazy but how cool will it be to tell the boys that they were actually there when they're older?!!!
We're moving on around here, taking the Rockies magnet off the car, putting the gear (which we spent WAY too much moola on!!) away until next year which isn't too far off and I put the game 5 tickets in the mail back to Coors Field so I can get my bittersweet refund.

Big fun . .. wonderful pictures . . . sad ending! Wished they would have pulled out at least one more game so Kyle could have gone. Bummer!
That is so cool that you guys got to go. Don't know anyone else who got through the ticket drama.
