On Sunday night, we hosted all the kiddos from our small group to a cookie decorating extravaganza! While all the other adults were off doing serious things, Stace, Brittany (our savior and hired babysitter) and myself wrangled 3 infants and 7 other kids! While the babies slept or played in bouncy seats, we had the others at the table decorating sugar cookies for their family.
Between piling up the icing (Owen), using all the red and green sprinkles on one small cookie (Katie), eating more icing than actually putting on the cookies (all of them), and licking the knives and putting them back into the icing bowls (all of them again), the cookies turned out pretty cute. I hope all the parents enjoyed them! I think I'm going to be finding sprinkles in my house forever. Cooper (the dog) enjoyed the treats on the floor, though.
After all the sprinkles and icing were gone the kids watched Toy Story and believe it or not we had all of them sitting on the couch together watchingthe movie! Unbelievable! ............until all the sugar from the icing hit their systems and they went crazy again........oh well it was nice while it lasted!

Can't believe y'all actually tackled the cookie thing. My kids had a blast. We were ordered to eat the cookies, and threw away an entire plate of decor when we were done!
