Last Saturday, Stace and I attended another fabulous dinner party hosted by our good friends, Troy and Corinne Lettau.
As a follow-up to our trip to Cabo we gathered again to reminisce about the good time we had and give Troy an excuse
(a very good one, I might add) to prepare a dinner inspired by
C, restaurant we dined at while in Cabo.
I decided to bring along my camera and take pictures of the dishes as Troy plated them in the kitchen just before we indulged in them
(this is in preparation of Troy's first cookbook, wink, wink!). I wanted to practice my food photography and I think they turned out pretty good.

As Don would say . . . the presentation is as important as the taste . . . beautiful pics.
YUMM! I want some! You know - gotta say. I don't really think about photographing food. I merely think about eating it.
